Will I definitely find benefits I'm missing?

Honestly, maybe. Research shows that most households are missing at least one program they qualify for, often worth thousands of dollars per year. But we can't promise that's true for your specific situation. Some households are already receiving everything available to them.

What do I actually get?

How do I get Benefits Confidence?

Benefits Confidence is offered through participating tax preparers. If your preparer offers it, you can add it when you file, and the cost can be handled as part of your tax preparation. After your purchase is processed, you'll receive an email with a personal access code and a link to complete your questionnaire.

I purchased it but didn't get my email. What now?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, email us at support@benefitsconfidence.com with the name and email you used, and we'll get your access code resent right away. If you have your code already, you can enter it any time at benefitsconfidence.com/access.

How long do I have to use my access code?

Your access code is valid for 90 days from the date it's issued. You can complete your questionnaire once, and then return to view your report as many times as you'd like within that window using the link in your email.
